The short-term joint staff training events (C1) was organised by the Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov Naval Academy and was held in Varna, Bulgaria on 29-31 March 2022.
The meeting focused on the teaching approach during the iSOL-MET Spring School in Chios, Northern Aegean Region. The tools and best practices for using case study as training material for the development of soft skills were discussed in order to conclude on the procedure. All partners contributed on the topic and participated on a practical workshop to map the competences of trainer to use the case studies in teaching.
Finally, partners had the opportunity to evaluate the methodological approach and provide their feedback on the teaching procedure.
