In view of the project’s closing the University of the Aegean organized a final event for the dissemination of the project’s findings. These are mainly focused on the educational material as well as the methodology developed throughout the project’s lifecycle in an effort to cultivate and assess soft skills for maritime professionals from Universities and Maritime Academies.
Multiple stakeholders from the shipping industry participated in the event and provided their view on the project’s results as well as the case study methodology, emphasizing the need for the adoption of soft skills assessments in the companies HR policy.
